GFB is the Gluten Free Bakery (and formerly Rana’s Bakery). It is well known in the restaurant trade for providing delicious freshly baked gluten free artisan sourdough bread to restaurants. And now they have developed these simple baking kits so you could recreate the warm delicious gluten free bread and crispy crackers in your own home. All kits are super simple to use – just add water!
NatureDoc Tip: You may need to experiment with timing and oven temperature. It took us three tries to get the loaf beautifully golden and crusty. We did that by bumping up the temperature to 220 instead of 210 degrees in the instructions, and increasing the baking time on the label by 10 minutes to 90 minutes in a non-fan oven. And then it was FANTASTIC!
All Rana’s Bakery Mixes are:

- Yeast free and made from real sourdough

- No preservatives, refined sugar or nasties!
Mixes contain no preservatives, so will keep like any artisan bread.
Can be frozen once made for 3 months. Defrost at room temperature or 10-15 minutes in the oven to serve warm.
