Lifestream Natural Calcium is certified organic and sourced from a sustainable, calcified seaweed that has a unique porous honeycomb-like structure for optimal absorption. When taken as a part of a healthy diet made up of a variety of foods it provides a wide range of minerals that can aid in the absorption of calcium such as boron, magnesium, and iodine.
Calcium:
Ingredients Certified organic natural calcium - 100% Premium Lithothamnium calcareum sea vegetable. Capsules (vegetarian) also contain: hypromellose and water, cornstarch, vegetable magnesium stearate made from palm fruit, silica. Each capsule provides equiv. 300mg of elemental calcium.
Instructions Adults: Take 1 to 3 Capsules daily. Pregnant or Breastfeeding Mothers: Take 2 to 4 Capsules daily.

Parcel Dispatch Cutoff
The cutoff for same-day dispatch on weekdays is usually 4pm, but if we’re busy, it could be earlier. 3:45pm is pretty safe. We also usually dispatch on Saturdays, and the cutoff is around noon. Obviously, for bank holidays, we will dispatch the next business day.
UK Shipping Info
Standard shipping is £2.50, or FREE when you spend over £30. This is Royal Mail 2nd Class. The next level up is Royal Mail 1st Class and costs £3.50. It’s FREE on orders over £100. The tracked versions of these services are £1 more, and Royal Mail prioritises them, so when they are at really busy, such as during a lockdown, Christmas, or the day after a weekend or bank holiday, the tracked parcels are more likely to arrive on time, while the untracked parcels can be left looking sad in a pile in the corner.
All parcels are delivery confirmed or tracked, and you will get the tracking link in your email confirmation when we dispatch. Parcels over £200 are signed-for too. For very heavy orders, we may use a different courier.
International Shipping
For countries we ship to, international shipping varies by parcel weight. But it starts at just £4.95 for Europe if you spend over £50 (£13.50 if you spend under £50). We don’t currently give prices for parcels over 2kg as they can be very expensive to some countries. If you are interested, contact us for a personalised quote. In many cases you will find it cheaper to split your order into two! We ship to very few countries other than Europe. The system won’t let you order if it’s not set up. We don’t ship to North America (sorry folks, it’s to do with regulatory and legal risk, as well as insurance limitations), but we are prepared to look at adding other countries by request.
We only ship by air on tracked and signed services.
