Recommended daily intake As a food supplement take one capsule daily with food. Two capsules per day with food are advisable when travelling to less developed areas of the world. Took these while in India with my son for a week, eating local food, but we were careful about water and everything else. Bottom line: We didn’t get ill. I can’t give five stars as we might have been OK anyway. But I do think that a robust microbiome is a good start.
Hot tip: don’t eat western food. Only eat what the locals are eating.
