The Jessops developed their recipe after struggling to find allergen-free seasonal chocolates for children with dietary restrictions. Originally based in Reading, they relocated to Holsworthy in 2015, expanding to over 60 employees including several individuals with autism. Their chocolates undergo longer conching than standard manufacturers, creating smooth textures without dairy, wheat or soya. All products maintain organic certification whilst supporting their zero-waste-to-landfill manufacturing commitment.
