Product Returns

Here’s where you can arrange to send something back to us! It’s really easy to make a prepaid postage label to drop off at the Post Office, or if you don’t have a printer, they can make the label for you.

If you  no longer need something, or have changed your mind, please tell us within 14 days from receipt  and send it back in as-new condition within 28 days. This means things must still be sealed and you need to pack them well, so they do not get crushed or broken in transit. If things are not in a resaleable condition, we will not refund you. If we pay for the return postage, we will deduct the cost (£3.50) from your refund.

If there is some kind of problem with your order, this is where you can sort that out too. You won’t have to pay return postage if an item is faulty or sent in error.
