I have been told to buy Ashwagandha by a nutritionislast year but didn’t listen. However, a really tough winter and a particularly stressful month, I went ahead and bought it, What a difference it made,(removed by moderator due to medical claims) Quick delivery and such a lovely surprise to get also a free pukka tea bag that I really enjoyed!!
