Just one scoop (in your High Flyer pouch) gives you 5g of Creavitalis® creatine monohydrate, a super-fine micronised powder made to clinical-grade standard. High Flyer has an ever-so-slightly bitter taste that disappears when you mix it into your favourite hot or cold drink. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Formulated for women who do all the heavy lifting in and out of the gym, helping them to fire up their muscles, fuel their workouts and keep pushing.

Ingredients

Creatine monohydrate (Creavitalis®).

Creatine monohydrate 5,000mg

WARNINGS: This product is not intended to prevent, treat, or diagnose any medical conditions. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Results may vary between individuals. Don't use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Always read the label.

Listen to your body. It can take a little time to adjust to creatine. In the first couple of weeks, you might feel a bit bloated or even slightly nauseous. This is normal. Creatine draws water into your muscles, which, on the one hand, will give you the definition you came here for, but can feel uncomfortable for some at first.
We recommend starting with a smaller dose. Try 2.5g for the first week or two and see how you feel (some women in our team found this worked well). Once you feel happy, and your body is reacting well to High Flyer, work up to 5g. Research from the International Society of Sports Nutrition suggests that 5g daily is effective and well tolerated by most people, with common dosages ranging between 3-5g.
You’ll learn what works for you. Adjust to what suits your body and your goals.

It’s always good to check with your doctor before taking creatine if you:

  • are on any medication, such as blood thinners
  • are about to have surgery
  • have health concerns or conditions
