I bought this after feeling so drained for such a long period of time. I am reluctant to go to the GP for a blood test- especially during the lockdown- as I’m certain they’ll just prescribe me the standard iron tablets and vitamin d capsules. So I bought the spray. It is convenient, easy to remember and use and it doesn’t taste bad. I’ve also had no side effects from it. I am, however, yet to notice any difference physically, but will continue until it finishes.
