BioGaia Gastrus is a food supplement containing the patented lactic acid bacterium Limosilactobacillus reuteri (formerly known as Lactobacillus reuteri).
It contains 200 million CFU of live bacteria.
The mandarin flavoured tablet can be chewed, swallowed or allowed to melt in the mouth. Available as blister packs of 30 tablets.

Is this a Probiotic?
You can call it what you like, but the Advertising Standards Authority has ruled that the word "probiotic" is a health claim, so we can no longer describe products containing bacteria like this to be probiotics.
