Cytoplan Sea Buckthorn Oil is extracted from the berries of the sea buckthorn plant (Hippophae rhamnoides). Cytoplan only use the pure organic extract obtained from the berry which is a much higher source of omega-7 than the seed. Each Sea Buckthorn capsule contains 500mg of pure oil, providing omega 7 (palmitoleic acid) and omega 9 (oleic acid) fatty acids. In addition to fatty acids, Sea Buckthorn Oil contains vitamins C, A and E, carotenoids, minerals, and phytonutrients.

Omega-7 fatty acids are important components of the human body, having biological, structural and functional roles.
