Both me and my husband are really excited by the book, and it’s true, you really can’t believe it’s baby food! I liked the general nutritional information at the start, and loved the interesting recipes that are full of taste and sensibly portioned so you can enjoy it with your little one. My little girl loves the recipes we’ve tried so far – the baked beans recipe in particular is a fave for her. I also love that Lucinda signed it for my little girl – lovely touch.

We use The Good Stuff all the time, and this is just as good. A wonderful family cook book for those wanting to know the ins and outs of what they are feeding their families, and how to ‘up the goodness’. It has inspiration for all ages, and more nutritional information than anything else I’ve come across. I find the replacement suggestions for allergies or restricted diets enormously helpful. Only a matter of time until it too becomes splattered in stains from the kitchen, just like my copy of The Good Stuff!
