So much has changed since my generation had babies 30/40 years ago and Lucinda’s books are very helpful to give us confidence we are feeding our Grandchildren the healthiest meals.

I purchased the book as I cook for my grandchildren and wanted healthier recipes.
Very impressed lots of ideas to add vegetables and fruit for reluctant kids.
I have made quite a few recipes for all the family and they have all been enjoyed. I will be cooking more meals from the book and making smoothies for kids

This book has attracted very high praise from my 9 year old, who has loved every recipe we have tried from this book and says “Lucunda Miller is very clever!” I couldn’t say better than that. We have tried lots of different ways to encourage my daughter to eat more healthily but the recipes and ideas in Lucinda’s book have helped her enormously. I highly recommend it.

A really fab aid to feeding our kids in a healthy and nutritious way. So many children are selective with their food and this book caters for this really
Well but ensures the essential nutrients are covered!!!

I have read a lot about nutrition over the years, and the more I learn the less I seem to know. So it is immensely helpful to have a distillation of Lucinda’s considerable working knowledge of healthy eating and healing with food. And I found I learnt plenty of new things, too. On a practical level, there are really useful tips on incorporating less favourite foods into a child’s diet, which is always helpful, and healthy alternatives to things like tomato ketchup, which i will be trying soon. Because I have a child whose dietary needs are very particular, and who also prefers ingredients to be separated from each other (ie hates things cooked together or in sauces or soups etc), some of the recipes need more than a tweak or won’t work yet, but it is still very inspiring to have them as a starting point or to try later on. I would also add that the book is beautifully laid out and photographed. Thank you, Lucinda (and team)!
