Why Action Heroes Omega 3 is the best: Fussy eaters? Always paranoid they’re not getting enough of those key nutrients? One of the many stresses of parenthood. For your little ones to benefit from an Omega 3 supplement, it must have enough DHA (crucial for supporting brain and eye development) and EPA, the two most important Omegas which you’ll find plenty of in Action Heroes (previously Super Hero).

This is a brilliant fish oil for children. My only complaint is the new spoon – it is so fiddly. I see that it reduces plastic but the syringe was a much easier way to give the fish oil.

My son has been taking his ‘brain juice’ for a couple of years or more and it makes me happy to know I am getting some good stuff into my fussy eater. We tried some other brands before this one which he happily takes.

My daughter (4) has just started taking this and whilst she is not a fan of the taste we have managed to mix it in with her morning drink so that she happily takes it :), we have both been surprised how quickly her (removed by moderator due to medical claims) was knocked into touch in fewer days than her class mates! Although my son is mostly plant based I have struggled to find a good quality vegan supplement that is in liquid form so after much research I settled on this knowing that the quality of the fish oil was high and the brand have great standards. My son takes this easily with no fuss. It’s great to know he is getting a good dose of Omegas as it can be hard to get enough vegan varieties in children.

Love this stuff. My 2 year old has (removed by moderator due to medical condition) and taking this daily really seems to help. It obviously tastes nice as he’s very happy to take his superhero vitamins! It’s also nice to know he’s getting the omegas as not always sure he eats enough oily fish etc.

We have just received our second order of this, our son absolutely loves it! When we say vitamin time he comes running!! Although it seems expensive the bottle lasts 3 months, so is actually quite economic, in any event it is worth the price. We have tried other fish oil before and H has just spat them out, so delighted to have found this product.
