Is this a Probiotic?
You can call it what you like, but the Advertising Standards Authority has ruled that the word "probiotic" is a health claim, so we can no longer describe products containing bacteria like this to be probiotics.

I am able to add to foods and my son doesn’t taste that it’s been added. Tasteless powder

We have been taking these as a family on and off for years, a good all round probiotic. Highly recommend.

Bip-Kult was recommended by a friend so I was delighted that Nature.doc stock it. Starting with three capsules a day to help settle a long term digestive system, I now take two (removed by moderator due to medical claim). I do stress the importance of a balanced diet coupled with gluten free whenever possible. ‘The Good Stuff’ is full of ideas for all ages !

Really useful that so powerful but also don’t need to be kept in fridge like some I’ve taken in past. Took during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding and really helped with all the usual issues, including (medical conditions removed by moderator).

After (health condition removed by moderator) my GP prescribed a 10 day course of broad spectrum antibiotics. (removed by moderator due to medical claims) – and told to pick up a treatment with my prescription at the pharmacy.
I started taking 2 capsules of Bio-Kult straight away and as a result, was perfectly fine!

Was recommended these and have been buying them for a month for the family. Wife and I take 2 capsules a day and the children (6&4) get one opened up and sprinkled on a teaspoon of yoghurt. I’ve definitely noticed (removed by moderator due to medical claims) and have been feeling generally more balanced on an intestinal level. It’s not brought about a massive life change (!), but i’ve been reading up on the benefits of a healthy microbiome and a good probiotic regime is clearly a cornerstone of this.
Not the cheapest but I think you get what you pay for.
