How to use:

For bruises and muscle aches, warm a pea-sized blob of balm in your hands and gently massage into the affected area.
For headaches, use fingers to gently massage a very small amount of balm into temples or forehead.
For period pains and cramps, warm two pea-sized blobs of balm in your hands and rub onto your stomach in circular motions.

Use three or four times a day.
