Adults and Children (12+yrs): take one to two capsules daily with food. We recommend starting with one capsule daily for a week and then increasing to two daily. Capsule can be twisted open and contents mixed with food or cold drinks (not to be taken with hot drinks) – this is possible because we don’t use a chemically made enteric coated (acid resistant) capsule. We advise to take a 6–9 month course from the start as most of us have depleted microbiomes. Take during and after antibiotics for at least 6 months, ideally at a different time of day from the antibiotics.
