We recommend 5-10g a day, which is roughly 1-2 dessertspoons (or 3-6 teaspoons). Serving size varies. We're all different – so are our supplementation needs.
It’s great in smoothies, shakes, juice or just water. This version has vitamin C which isn’t stable in heat, so it’s best in cold food and drinks.
Storage & Safety
Keep somewhere cool, dry and out of kids’ reach. No need to refrigerate. Don’t use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Food supplements aren’t a substitute for a healthy diet and lifestyle, and never take more than the recommended dose.
It’s always good to check with your doctor if you:
• are on any medication
• have health concerns or conditions
• are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Collagen can affect serotonin levels. If you have a history of mental health concerns or are currently taking antidepressants, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Allergy Advice: Contains fish.
May also contain traces of shellfish.
