BetterYou Magnesium Body Gel is a topical gel designed for direct application to the skin, delivering magnesium chloride from a 100% natural source. Each 1ml contains 100mg of magnesium. The gel absorbs quickly and can be applied anywhere on the body, making it a practical addition to a daily routine.
The formula contains just three ingredients: aqua, magnesium chloride, and hydroxypropyl starch phosphate. It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, certified palm oil free, and packaged in plant-based plastic. Suitable for use during pregnancy.

Suitability & Usage
- Apply a small pea sized amount to targeted area and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption.
- After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption.
- Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.
- Ideal for use on joints and muscles.
On initial application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation; this is safe and will pass with regular use. We recommend starting with one or two sprays and building up gradually. If irritation occurs, stop use.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
