Baby Infantis Powder contains Bifidobacteria live bacteria (found in breast milk) and is suitable for children of all ages but most appropriate to infants prior to weaning. A 1/4 teaspoon/1 gram contains four billion live bacteria.

Is this a Probiotic?

You can call it what you like, but the Advertising Standards Authority has ruled that the word "probiotic" is a health claim, so we can no longer describe products containing bacteria like this to be probiotics.

Recommended Intake One gram (one quarter teaspoon) daily mixed into a small amount of sterile water or suitable milk to form a paste. Give orally alongside baby’s feed. During weaning, Infantis can be mixed into cool or warm soft food. Suitable from birth and up to around 1 year of age.

 Parcel Dispatch Cutoff

The cutoff for same-day dispatch on weekdays is usually 4pm, but if we’re busy, it could be earlier. 3:45pm is pretty safe. We also usually dispatch on Saturdays, and the cutoff is around noon. Obviously, for bank holidays, we will dispatch the next business day. 

UK Shipping Info

Standard shipping is £2.50, or FREE when you spend over £30. This is Royal Mail 2nd Class. The next level up is Royal Mail 1st Class and costs £3.50. It’s FREE on orders over £100. The tracked versions of these services are £1 more, and Royal Mail prioritises them, so when they are at really busy, such as during a lockdown, Christmas, or the day after a weekend or bank holiday, the tracked parcels are more likely to arrive on time, while the untracked parcels can be left looking sad in a pile in the corner.

All parcels are delivery confirmed or tracked, and you will get the tracking link in your email confirmation when we dispatch. Parcels over £200 are signed-for too. For very heavy orders, we may use a different courier. 

International Shipping

For countries we ship to, international shipping varies by parcel weight. But it starts at just £4.95 for Europe if you spend over £50 (£13.50 if you spend under £50). We don’t currently give prices for parcels over 2kg as they can be very expensive to some countries. If you are interested, contact us for a personalised quote. In many cases  you will find it cheaper to split your order into two! We ship to very few countries other than Europe. The system won’t let you order if it’s not set up. We don’t ship to North America (sorry folks, it’s to do with regulatory and legal risk, as well as insurance limitations), but we are prepared to look at adding other countries by request.

We only ship by air on tracked and signed services.
