Adults and children aged 12+: One sachet, dissolved in water, a cool drink or mixed into yoghurt or fruit puree. For best results with water, use 150ml water, stir thoroughly and stand for 2/3 minutes. Stir again and drink!
Children aged 4 -11 build up from 1/8th to ½ a sachet.
