Each capsule contains 500mg of sea buckthorn fruit oil (Hippophae rhamnoides), providing a profile of unsaturated fatty acids including palmitoleic acid (Omega-7) 141mg, linoleic acid 121mg, palmitic acid 112mg, oleic acid 104mg, linolenic acid 8mg and stearic acid 7mg.

Sea buckthorn is one of the few plant sources of palmitoleic acid, an omega-7 fatty acid that is not widely available in the typical diet.

The formulation contains a single active ingredient with no additional additives, fillers or excipients. The capsule shell is made from tapioca starch with glycerin and purified water.
