OUR VITAMIN B1 THIAMINE SUPPLEMENT
Vitamin B1 supplement that provides 100mg of pure thiamine hydrochloride within our signature vegetable capsules. There are two forms of thiamine often used in vitamin B1 supplements – thiamine hydrochloride and thiamine mononitrate. Both are synthetic, however thiamine hydrochloride (HCl) is water-soluble, unlike thiamine mononitrate making it much more effective as the body can absorb it easier. While we use thiamine hydrochloride in our supplements, a lot of other supplements on the market do not as it is more time consuming and harder to manufacture.

WHAT IS VITAMIN B1?
Vitamin B1, also known as Thiamine, is the first numbered member of the B vitamin family. B1 is found in many foods including yeast, cereal grains, beans, nuts and meat. It is often used in combination with other B vitamins.
