Our vibrant coloured legume rice range is an excellent substitute for regular rice or pasta in any dish. High in protein and low in fat, they are remarkably healthy and giving a unique look to any meal.

Made out of organic chickpea flour, organic green pea flour or organic red lentil flour.. and nothing else.

Storage Instructions Keep me in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Chickpea Cooking instructions: Add to a pan of salted simmering water (use 1 litre of water for every 100g of chickpea rice). Stir once or just enough to separate the rice. Boil for 11 minutes or until al dente. Green Pea Cooking instructions: Add to a pan of salted simmering water (use 1 litre of water for every 100g of green pea rice). Stir once or just enough to separate the rice. Boil for 9 minutes or until al dente. Red Lentil Cooking instructions: Add to a pan of salted simmering water (use 1 litre of water for every 100g of red lentil rice). Stir once or just enough to separate the rice. Boil for 11 minutes or until al dente.

    Love this. I have not had rice or pasta for years so finding this was so great. It feels more like orzo pasta but I am not complaining. It tastes nice and the whole family enjoys it!
