I give this to my 6 year old daily and am very happy with the quality of the product. My son does not like taking supplements but thankfully Lucinda has many useful tips and we are able to give this to him with a small amount of berry smoothie.

I like that that ingredients are simple, and my previous research suggested that the brand is good quality. My boy (8) doesn’t like taking it, but he is super sensitive and resistant to anything new, so I am not surprised. I think it tastes pretty good for a fishy oil, though. He has only just started taking it so I can’t report on its effects.

I gave this to my picky 4 year old as recommended by you Lucinda and it’s been great and quite easy to get him to take without a battle! We’ve just moved to ‘splats’ as he is now 7 which he equally likes and we have a bottle of the Nordic DHA waiting for my 2.9 yr old! Really took the worry away about making sure he had enough omega 3 in his diet and I’m quite sure [removed by moderator]! It’s fab and I’d highly recommend. X
