Literally life changing, a fish oil capsule that the children can’t wait to burst open! Highly recommend, lovely flavour & both children take them with no fuss! My only criticism would be the capsules take a lot of chewing so would be easier if they were softer.

Our son has issues with texture. He found the capsule very chewy once the liquid had emptied. He found the casing of the capsule tough and with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Unfortunately he is adamant he does not want to try another one. I am unable to comment on the benefits of the product

Our toddler seems to like these and eats them by themself and keeps hoping he can have more. Very much easier than my memories of being given cod liver oil on a spoon as a child ( though credit to my parents for managing to encourage us!)
