Breastfeeding is amazing, but it’s also really hard and tea can help.

This tea is a unique, caffeine-free blend of fennel, nettle, fenugreek seeds, lemon verbena and star anise.

These are natural galactagogues which support your milk supply, and taste delicious.

Each pack contains 15 whole leaf, biodegradable tea pyramids. They can be used to make 30 cups of tea or more.

Vegan and gluten free.

Ingredients Rosemary, Fennel seeds, Anise, Lemon verbena, Nettle leaf, Fenugreek seeds

Infusion Instructions We don’t recommend adding milk, and this isn’t meant to be ironic As each bag contains whole leaves, flowers and fruit pieces, don’t throw it away after one brew. Add water to each bag at least twice to get the most out of the botanicals. How many cups should I have a day? We recommend starting to drink this tea before you have your baby. In the final weeks (from 38 weeks) of pregnancy, have up to 3 cups a day. Combine this with pumping to establish your milk supply and get some confidence before the baby arrives. NHS guidelines recommend a maximum 3 cups of any herbal tea a day. Whilst this tea is not a drug, and is a natural remedy, you should give it 3-5 days to have an impact. The impact of natural galactagogues will vary person to person.
