Only giving it 4 stars as I am finding it hard to hide the taste in her yoghurt so si have stopped giving it to her as it was going to waste. I will reuse when I have more time to make smoothies !

We mix this with coconut water and my toddler gulps it down. He didn’t initially like it but mixed with something slightly sweeter than water he loves it.
