2 Regular size capsules have 1100mg EPA and 500mg DHA (the same as a whole tin of sardines – with bones!)

Wild, Sustainably Caught Fish: We only work with Norwegian fisheries and manufacturers certified by both Friends of the Sea and the Marin Trust. We never use farmed fish, only small wild fish which are right at the bottom of the food chain, meaning they contain fewer heavy metals and other pollutants such as PCBs.
IFOS Certified Purity: Every batch is independently tested on top of the two sets of tests we carry out. Your guarantee the oil is pure, fresh and safe. Our fish oils don’t contain iodine and are tested for radioactivity.
Easily Digested: Our fish oils are super fresh so they’re gentle on tummies and never cause fishy burps. They’re also in the natural triglyceride form which is easier for the body to absorb.
Fish Gelatin Capsules: All of our capsules are made from sustainably sourced fish gelatin, we don’t use beef or pork in any of our products, which means they’re OK for pescatarians.

Life and Soul capsules are pure as pure can be, with no unnecessary ingredients:
- Natural triglyceride-form fish oil from sardines, anchovies and mackerel (smaller fish with fewer contaminants)
- Fish gelatin and glycerol BP to hold it all together (no pork or beef)
- A tiny amount of vitamin E (tocopherol) to naturally preserve

Two normal capsules or four mini capsules a day will give you an excellent level of EPA & DHA, the same as a tin of sardines. That’s 1700mg Omega 3 (1100mg EPA and 500mg DHA with other omega-3s incl. DPA 100mg) for 30 days. If you feel you need more, you can take more capsules a day or try Life & Soul liquid – one teaspoon of this is the equivalent of 10 capsules. It’s best to take your capsules with meals – either all at once or spread throughout the day. Taking Life & Soul with food helps your body absorb it, and it can help you get into the habit of taking Omega 3. We don’t recommend breaking the capsules open to give to children as it’s a bit fiddly and you’ll waste some of the oil. If you really want to you can, but a better option might be Life & Soul liquid or their very own Action Heroes for kids.
